Not your normal type of Eye Candy........ Let's sing: I want CANDY!!!! :O

This entry is dedicated to Miss AUE, who is still clueless about the eye candy that i was ranting to her about.

Taaa daaaa ....... introducing KIMURA TAKUYAAAAAAAAAAAA

Long hair version (acting as public prosecuter in HERO)

Sporting a short hair cut in GOOD LUCK as a pilot

Does it ring a bell now?? I believe that most of you would have seen him before. He was already famous back when i was still a secondary school student (hahaha, which is yonks ago). At that time i thought he was just another typical "have looks but no substance" kind of pop idol.

I eat my wordss again, ahahahah. It all started with HERO, which was a jap drama that was recommended by a friend. Was skeptical in the beginning, but got hooked the more i watched it. The plot was fantastic, his acting is mesmerising. Not your average "the main actress dies in the end" kind of jap drama.

Recently i watched another two of his drama on YOUtube. GOOD LUCK where he acted as a pilot and ENGINE where he acted as a F1 racer. It is so addictive. Gals, you really gotta watch it. How can you miss it, when such a fine specimen is the main actor??

Beware my dear readers, you will have your patience tested when youtubing, where you have to painstakingly click on a new episode every 10 minutes. Hehehe, but it is worth it.

Sidetrack: Nana, i know i have tortured you many a times by raving about him. So this blog entry is dedicated to you toooooooooo :p

Sidetrack 2: Miss AUE, so how, what do you think of him?? More good looking than your benny cousins right?

Hey Joey, nice reading your blog. Very engaging.

Tell me about it, I have started following his series since his debut in "Long Vacation", which purportedly has shot him to fame.

I used to be crazy about Jap drama but not anymore now. Have move on to Korean drama since many years back but the latter have also fallen short of my expectations since beginning of this year. Plots in the korean dramas have become "deja vu".

Yes, back to Takuya Kimura. He is really a great artiste with multiple talents. There is this X-factor in him which is still unreplaceable up to current with the great influx of "new blood" in the roaring showbiz of Japan.

I have watched almost every drama that is made available in Singapore (unless I do miss out any accidentally). To name a few, they are "Gift", "Beautiful Life", "Sleeping Forest", "Hero", "Good Luck". But not "Engine" yet, as I have slowly faced out from Jap drama at that time. What makes me so addicted to his drama is like what you mentioned - the plot is fantastic and his acting is captivating.

Cheers for now and hope to see your next blog..:)
