Me: Wow!!! That is soooooo cute. Is that mint???

Colleague E: Yes, that's mint from my garden :)

Me: What is that for?? Are we having some Vietnamese food today??(sometimes we ta pao lunch and eat together).

Colleague E: Haha, nope. That is to keep the ants away. I was told that ants don't like mint.

AHhaha, let's give it a try. If it can stop the ants from invading our kitchen, then HALLELUJAH. If it doesn't, it will end up in my beef pho :p
