What could be more fun than having steamboat in the midst of winter. This was my birthday dinner as well.

I love this picture of quail eggs sitting in the glistening water.
Pot stickers (i am not kidding, that is what they call it), my sister's brilliant idea. We were about to throw away this bag of defrosted dumplings that looks really grouse. Some frying and steaming changed the fate of these dumplings ..... it ended up in our stomachs. Muahahhaa!!!!
