On top of that she made curry puffs, brought straight out of the oven. All I can say is I'm totally blessed. Looking at her tired face, I can't help thinking what did i do to deserve this friend?? A friend who would wake up early on the day she is supposed to fly off and make you goodies. A friend who is really genuine, kind hearted. A friend who would always cook thai food and bring it to school to eat with you. A friend who insists on meeting your parents and cooking for them.
We are 10 years apart, with very different lifestyle, yet somehow in this little universe i gotten to know her, and we both got on really well. Motherhood is already a full time job, and she has her hands on another part time job. Listening to her stories, i caught a glimpse of how hard motherhood and marriage can be. Respect!!! Respect!
