For as long as Icey Ice had been opened, i had never tried their stuff before. Probably equivalent to telling someone that i have not tried bubble tea since Utopia churned out their first cup of tea
On the way home, i drove past their new vic park branch, and decided that today is the day!!! I think thirst must have messed up my brains, icy stuff on such cold day?? Looking at all the pretty pictures, i was hopeful that it is going to be GREAT!!!! The mangoes look lucious and inviting, so mango shaved ice it is.
Well ..... to be honest there is nothing to rave about (blehhhh...... i am disappointed). Where is the consumer watch dog?? I want to report!!! Why is it that the product that i received is nothing near what i saw on the pictures??
Yes the ice was nicely shaved .... I would even go as far to say that it is so finely shaved that it looked more like cotton candy than your normal average shaved ice. But taste wise, it was bland, felt like i was eating plain ice, accompanied by a few stripes of ribbon syrup and a few pieces of measly frozen mango. In the moments i was having a brain freeze from the shaved ice, i told myself again and again, never waste money on ICE. Ahhahah.
Calories are not meant to be wasted on bad food. Which nowadays i find is quite common of outside food. Expensive, bland food (sometimes comes with bad service as well).
Oh well, the self made milk tea gave me more satisfaction in the end :)

Hello Poey! How are you doing?
I totally agree ... I.C.Ice is nothing to rave about and pricey too ... Baskins or Gelato anytime man!
