It all started with American Pie (if memory serves me right). Do you remember the hand gesture of forming an L sign on your forehead for LOSER?? Wow, it caught on like fire. Every boy, every girl, every cat and dog was using the "L" sign.

But mum, being mum, would not have any of this nonsense in the household. To her, it was downright rude and degrading. Hahaha, we were banned from doing it. And we had to stop adding "man" to the end of every sentence!!! Classic signs that your kids might be spending too much time with TV.

A few days ago, when I got home from work and parked the car into the garage, she was standing there holding up an "L" sign with her fingers. I was surprised.

"Mom, how could you do that sign. You didn't allow us to do that!!"

"L is for L license, coz you park too far to the right" was mum's reply -.-'''

AHahahh, for a moment I really thought she meant something else.
