Bizarre piece of news

I was kinda puzzled why the radio station was playing Micheal Jackson's song non stop. Unmistakable, it was his voice that hovered the cool chilly air. Perhaps it's to promote his come back tour (hmmm... didn't think he was coming to australia though). Weird.

I probably had missed the big piece of news that broke before they played all these songs.

It wasn't until 11am, when the new round of news came around that I heard that he had passed on.

So sad, so weird and bizarre, that he was to die of a cardiac arrest. I thought he would probably have his last laugh during a plastic surgery procedure, but no, it was his heart that gave out.

I am no firm fan of his, but I did remember religiously watching his "Thriller" and "Bad" MTV that had been played at least once everyday on tv when i was still a kid. He was the king of pop that reigned supreme. Even when he went from jacko to wacko, he still had fans that cried during his concert (ppl crying during pop concerts still puzzles me till this day).

The king is no longer here, I wonder whose heart is going to be broken today??

A night of miracle

Never have I seen so many preggies in one building.

An evening that started so casually turned into a bit of a frenzy.

A few hours of waiting for the news to come. Hopefully everything is going to be ok.

It was my first time seeing a woman being wheeled out post giving birth, baby peacefully asleep in her arms and husband towing her luggages. Serenity.

Another woman walked out with her husband in tow, trying to calm her newborn who is crying away.

Within the span of a few hours, a few mothers had already given birth.

Will we hear good news?? We all want good news. Miracle needed.

Miracle indeed had happened. Mum and bub is safe and stable. A special little boy has arrived... albeit a wee bit early.

Praise god!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

WE all agree, we need a break :)

Came across this while procrastinating from work

If you like soundtracks, here is a good one. He did quite a fair bit of film scores for japanese anime and films. Best known for his collaboration with animator Hayao Miyazaki.

Take a break and listen to this awesomeness!!!!
